Tori Spelling “Too Broke” To Divorce Dean McDermott?
The tabloid says Spelling wants to divorce McDermott, who last month checked into rehab after allegedly cheating on her, but can’t end their marriage because of the couple’s “dismal financial situation.”
According to a purported “source,” Spelling is “scared she won’t make enough money to take care of the kids alone.”
The magazine goes on to claim allege that “in an effort to protect herself from total financial and emotional ruin, Tori is setting strict new ground rules for Dean to follow if they are to remain married.”
Another “insider” says, “Because they never had a prenup agreement, Tori’s having her lawyers draw up a postnuptial agreement, which will establish that if the marriage ends, Dean will not see a dime of her share of the Spelling fortune.”
No, she’s not.
While the couple has admitted to financial problems, Spelling isn’t staying in the relationship merely because of money.
The pair has four young children together, and don’t seem to be making any decisions about their marriage until McDermott leaves rehab.
A source close to the “90210” alum tells Gossip Cop the magazine’s story is simply “not true.”
