Tony Parker Sets Record Straight on Divorce Rumors

Despite initial reports, Tony Parker now claims he knew well in advance that Eva Longoria was going to file for divorce yesterday.

According to Parker’s rep, “Eva and Tony have been discussing their situation privately,” and he was fully “aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles.”

Parker, who sent his former teammate’s wife, Erin Barry, hundreds of suggestive texts, also wants to set the record straight about who put the divorce process in motion.

“He did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire divorce attorneys in either Texas or California,” says his rep, adding that Parker “plans to continue to keep their discussions of this matter private.”

    Eva said that they love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness. I guess this is a case of “love is not enough”. I think it’s pretty rotten that he sent his teammate’s wife suggestive text messages. This woman even has children. How crazy is that? He must have been desperate. How can that teammate even work with him?
