Tony Parker Files $20 Million Lawsuit Over Injury From Chris Brown and Drake Brawl

Tony Parker filed a $20 million lawsuit on Thursday over the massive brawl that broke out last week between Chris Brown and Drake‘s entourages at New York City’s W.i.P club.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, the San Antonio Spurs star was injured in the melee, during which several people were hit by broken glass.

In the lawsuit, Parker alleges the club’s operators “were reckless, careless and negligent in permitting Drake’s entourage and Brown’s entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two.”

Parker confirmed in a press conference last Friday that he was hit in the eye during the crossfire, saying, “They started to throw bottles about… I got it all.”

And though the NBA player initially expected to be able to join France’s Olympic team this week, his condition worsened – sending him to the emergency room – and he will now have to miss a week of practice, according to the New York Post.

Neither Brown nor Drake, who have both denied responsibility for the fight, are named as defendants in the suit.

    But, we live in a country where someone jumped into the ocean to save a drowning person & that person who was drowning then sued the one who saved him b/c of “neck injuries” sustained while being dragged out of the water lmao…so of course Parker would sue the club smfh

    Parker is a professional athelete. He depends on being in peak condition to earn a living. An eye injury is no small thing. Missing a week of vital practice prior to qualifying rounds for the Olympics is no small thing. Don’t know what you do for a living, but suppose we incapacitate you so you can’t show up for work? Should we be calling you a pussy? I don’t think you’d be having the same lame attitude then.

    If there’s a chance to get hurt while around both groups or both groups are in a place together, don’t be a dumb ass and stick around. Be smart about it and leave so your job isn’t affected! So since he didn’t leave when both groups where in the club or at least get away from that section of the club to stay away from drama that could escalate: he is a dumb ass and a pussy!

    it’s amazing when something happens and people start writing comments how ignorance comes out ok the man went to a club in which he has a right to.who knew a bunch of ignorant folks would show up and get to fighting..the same thing can happen going to work a co worker can show up and decide hey i’m gonna start a fight .its up to the club our jobs or any store we go to to make you we are safe.because we have a right to go anywhere we please who is to say he was not trying to get out yes 20 mill is alot to ask for and he should sue the two partie who was fighting.and not just the club .
