Tom Hiddleston Delivers Weather Report In Chicago (VIDEO)
Tom Hiddleston delivered the weather report for a local news station in Chicago on Friday, during which he blamed the city’s thunderstorms on his “brother Thor.” Watch the funny video below!
Hiddleston, of course, plays Loki in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the brother of Chris Hemsworth’s Thor. During the segment, the usual weatherman for Chicago’s Fox32 announced, “In the event that we have all of the intense thunderstorms coming here, we go to Loki, who is of course Thor’s brother, to talk about the bad weather.”
The actor then took over and said, “My brother from another mother has been misbehaving. The god of thunder has brought his skill-set to bear on the local weather.” Hiddleston added, “So there’s a huge storm front coming in, and all that means is Chris Hemsworth has taken his hammer and he’s smashed it on the surface of the sky and it’s going to rain a hell of a lot. So good luck with that.”
Hiddleston happened to have been at the station for a separate interview with Richard Roeper to promote his new movie, I Saw The Light, but the actor decided to show off his meteorologist skills while in the building. Watch the funny video below of Hiddleston delivering the weather in Chicago.
