Tom Hiddleston GQ Interview NOT Pre-Approved By Taylor Swift, Despite Report
Tom Hiddleston’s comments about Taylor Swift in his recent GQ interview were NOT “pre-approved” by the singer’s team beforehand, despite a bogus webloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively bust this claim. We’re told it’s “not true.”
“Bad Blood? Tom Hiddleston ‘Scared’ To Cross Taylor Swift In Shady Interview,” blares a new RadarOnline headline. As Gossip Cop reported, Hiddleston discussed his relationship with Swift for his GQ cover story, but the site purports that the singer’s people were behind it. A so-called “source” tells the outlet, “Before Tom did his interview he reached out to her people to strategize what he would say when asked about Taylor.”
Hiddleston had only kind words to say about Swift, who he dated for three months in 2016, describing her as “an amazing woman,” as well as “generous and kind and lovely.” But the outlet’s dubious insider alleges that these comments were fed to Hiddleston, saying, “All his answers were pre-approved and very carefully constructed.” The site’s questionable source adds, “It’s like he is scared of her. She is one of the most powerful people in the business and no one wants to cross her.”
But Gossip Cop checked in with a reliable source close to Hiddleston, who exclusively assures us he never consulted with Swift’s people on his GQ interview, and the claim otherwise is simply “not true.” Unfortunately, we’re not surprised by the webloid’s phony story. Gossip Cop previously busted RadarOnline for wrongly reporting that Hiddleston had began dating a Swift look-alike. This latest claim is equally fabricated.
