CLAIM: Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes Marriage Torn Apart By FBI Probe

Truth rating: 0

(Star)

“FBI probe tearing Tom & Katie APART!” screams this week’s Star magazine cover story about Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, who the tab was recently wrong about a “drug shocker” and the “miserable” birthday she shared with her husband.

According to the mag’s latest foray into journalism, a reported FBI investigation into the Church of Scientology has “sent Katie reeling and driven a wedge between her and Tom.”

Star claims Holmes panicked shortly after The New Yorker published an expose on Scientology, in which a former member alleged that Church resources were used to do special favors for Cruise.

“Katie flew up to Vancouver, where Tom is filming Mission Impossible – Ghost Protocol, right away to talk to Tom about it face-to-face,” says a so-called Star source.

“She’s concerned that this time, Tom’s passion for the Church could land them in legal trouble,” the supposed “source” adds.

Star further reports that the expose has left the couple’s marriage “hanging by a thread.”

Here’s the real deal…

A former member of the Church claimed that its funds were used to cater to Cruise, an allegation his lawyer and the Church itself denies.

More importantly, a Cruise insider tells Gossip Cop there is absolutely “no truth” to the story. And a rep for Holmes assures us as well that “there is no wedge” between them.

And contrary to Star‘s assertion, the marriage is NOT hanging by a thread.

Week after week, tabloids like Star claim Cruise and Holmes are breaking up, and week after week the couple remains happily married.

This article is so laughable. I gurantee there is no FBI invest and Tom Cruise never uses church resources he has his own.

Lawrence Wright is a pulitzer prize winning journalist, and in his article in the New Yorker he confirms that there is an active FBI investigation into Scientology. The major focus is likely the human trafficking and assault allegations against Scientology. However there is convincing evidence that Scientology’s leader (David Miscavige… Best Man at Cruise’s wedding to Holmes) directed Scientology members that make just $0.50/ hour to customize a motorcycle, SUV and airplane hanger for Cruise.

Here are the pictures and descriptions from the Scientology “slave” that did much of the work:

Come on! Like ‘Tommy-boy’ would EVER put up with Katie doing ANY drugs… He doesn’t even believe in anti-depressants! He thinks they aren’t necessary, and “if people would just get up & exercise, they wouldn’t need anti-depressants.”
Apparently, if you are in high standing in the Scientology Church — what is basically the “Hollywood Church” — this makes you a doctor, able to diagnose the rest of the world.

As you can tell, I don’t care much for him, or his opinions. There’re a LOT of people who have severe depression, & who aren’t ABLE to get up & exercise! I’m one of them. I have a brain tumor that keeps me bed-ridden, & I’ve been this way for 12 years… I think I’m entitled to take anti-depressants w/o someone telling me that I’m wrong, lazy, and a big part of what’s wrong with America. (!)

Arrogant Jerk. I hope that the chemicals in Katie’s brain never get unbalanced — which, simplified, is the cause of depression — because ‘Tommy-boy’ sure isn’t going to understand… Then she really WILL be Miserable.

I can understand that Kate might join to keep Tom, but why the heck would he join? He must not feel that he is worthy of all his good fortune.
ALSO” Suzanne Zann: It’s not a drug that they take. It’s an electrical charge. Do you see the difference?

I wrote about this in my book “Hollywood, Satanism, Scientology, and Suicide,” which was published in February of 2009. The fact that money from various non-profit Scientology organizations and labor provided by various non-profit Scientology organizations are used for the personal benefit of David Miscavige, Tom Cruise, other Scientology senior executives, and other Scientology celebrities (such as John Travolta, Chick Corea, and Priscilla Presley) was first revealed in an affidavit to Los Angeles lawyers by Andre Tabayoyon, a Scientologist for 21 years.
