T.J. Miller Arrested For Fight With Uber Driver
T.J. Miller was arrested in Hollywood on Thursday night after getting into a fight with his Uber driver, who the comedian allegedly slapped in the head. Miller was taken into custody, but released without having to post bail.
The actor had attended the 16th Annual GQ “Men Of The Year” party at Chateau Marmont earlier in the evening, and later stopped by a party for the Vulture Awards at Sunset Tower. While being driven home from the event, Miller got into some sort of altercation with his driver and hit him when they arrived at his house. The driver, who reportedly didn’t have any visible injuries, subsequently called the police and they arrested “Silicon Valley” star.
The incident occurred during what happens to be a high-profile weekend for Miller. His new movie, Office Christmas Party, opens Friday and he’ll also be hosting the Critics’ Choice Awards this Sunday. Miller has been making the rounds on various talk shows all week, including “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” “Conan” and “Good Morning America.” He was also on hand at premieres for Office Christmas Party in both New York and Los Angeles. Gossip Cop has reached out to a rep for the comedic actor for more details about the Uber fight and arrest.
