Michael Jackson Kids Placed Under Temporary Guardianship of T.J. Jackson

T.J. Jackson (the 34-year-old son of Michael’s brother Tito Jackson) has been appointed the temporary guardian of Michael Jackson’s children.

On Wednesday, an L.A. probate court judge suspended Katherine Jackson as the guardian of Paris, Prince and Blanket because she’s been in Arizona and hasn’t spoken to the kids in more than a week, having possibly been prevented by a third party (presumably Jermaine, Randy and Janet Jackson).

The lawyer for Paris, Prince and Blanket said the kids were in favor of having T.J. as their temporary guardian.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Katherine has been out of town amid family chaos and an alleged plot by her children to take control of the estate.

On Tuesday, it was alleged, though unsubstantiated, that Janet and Paris had slapped each other during a heated altercation at the children’s home.

Katherine is said to be returning home today.

    Today is 10th or 11th day these kids have been without the supervision of their legal guardian.
    I don’t know if Katherine is where she is voluntarily or not, but it is good that kids are out of the house until things settle down!

    I think that Paris is at that teenage stage that she becomes rebellious. I am sure that there are people out there who want to get a hold of her and make her some kind of slave at her early age.. probably “a movie star” or whatever. Look at what happened to the “Stodder (?) girl. I know that Michael do not want her in entertainment until she is old enough to understand life a little more. I feel that Michael want her to go to college and mature enough while keeping her mind involved in intelligent issues before it goes to a life that can only bring her unhappiness which he had experienced.

    Sometimes its a matter of choosing the career you chose in Hollywood, rather than happiness. Who can be but so happy with tabloids and paps always following you with lies and no sense of knowing what it means to live a normal life. I don’t know if the children have chosen the right person to be their guardian or not. We must admit that Katherine is getting up in age and raising teenagers, especially in Hollywood or in LA, would go hard on her because they really need a strong hand or move out of that location.

    I just hope that this guy would plan for Paris and the children to go to college. Paris, please try not to be rebellious, you are in a very vulnerable position. Please go to college, then you would be able to make more sound decisions. Don’t rush life. You will always be able to get a job, but make sure that you are prepared for it. You could major in drama, or whatever, so that they would have nothing on you. But you have to know your stuff and work hard. I know that not all people have to go to college to be successful. There are ones that would be successful no matter what. The thing is that I don’t want to see you hurt in life by people who are out there waiting for you to be a slave of some kind (i.e. drugs, etc.). You will have to become a mature thinker earlier than most in life. You will have to set a good example for your bothers who are younger. Please go to school and be proud of yourself. Show others that you can have a chose of what you are to become. You don’t have to be just a movie star. You can be so many other ‘positive’ things in life.

    So the children are now under the guardianship of the person who took Kim Kardashian’s virginity when she was 14, is that right? Sounds like the perfect person to set 14 year old Paris Jackson’s curfew…
