Tina Fey Strips Off Dress On Late Show And Gives To David Letterman (VIDEO)
Tina Fey made her last appearance on the “Late Show With David Letterman” memorable by stripping off her blue dress and giving it to him. The former “30 Rock” star began by telling the retiring host, “I’m never gonna wear another fancy dress on a talk show again,” before announcing, “My gift to you is I wanna give you the dress.” Letterman, to say the least, was stunned. See the video below.
Fey explained to Letterman that she’s done wearing dresses on late-night talk shows because they’re “hard work” and uncomfortable. She explained that he’s probably unaware of the “contraptions that are under [her dress]… it’s almost medical,” adding that she only wears dresses “out of respect for you.” Fey then went on to say, “I’m not gonna wear put on a dress for Jimmy [Fallon]? That’s creepy. He’s like my brother” or “special underwear for James Corden? Not gonna happen.”
After the actress and writer told Letterman her “gift” to him was the blue dress she was wearing, she then had the talk show host unzip her. An with that, Fey stripped down to a black leotard that read “Bye Dave!” over her crotch and “#LastDressEver” on her butt.
Letterman was nothing short of flabbergasted, only mustering such phrases such “Oh, my God,” “For heaven’a sakes,” and “God bless you dear.” Check out the video below of Fey stripping off her dress for Letterman, and tell us what you think.
