Tim McGraw And Faith Hill NOT Adopting Baby Boy, Despite Report
Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are not adopting a baby boy to mark their 20th wedding anniversary this fall, despite a new tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this claim. We’re told it’s “totally untrue.”
According to the repeatedly discredited National Enquirer, the couple is adopting a son, and the process has been “in the works for weeks.” A so-called “pal” tells the tabloid the two country singers “figure it’s now or never. They aren’t getting any younger.” The magazine adds that with three teenaged daughters, McGraw “can’t wait” to have a son.
“Tim’s always felt outnumbered… between Faith and the girls, and Tim’s mom, who has a house on their estate, he’s always surrounded by women,” says the tabloid’s supposed “insider.” The alleged source adds, “It’s the perfect time. They have plenty of money and just as much love.”
Gossip Cop looked into the tabloid’s claim about the couple adopting a son, and their rep exclusively told us it’s “totally untrue.” We’re not entirely surprised it’s wrong, though we had hoped the magazine would have found better sources over the years. The Enquirer is the same publication Gossip Cop busted when it falsely reported three years ago in a cover story that Hill and McGraw were in the midst of a “$135 million divorce.” And it’s also the same untrustworthy outlet we corrected some time ago when it manufactured an inaccurate claim about Taylor Swift flirting with McGraw and being told by Hill to “stay away.”
