Tiki Barber Wife Traci Lynn Johnson: I’m NOT Joining Real Housewives (VIDEO)
Tiki Barber’s wife Traci Lynn Johnson says she’s NOT joining “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” despite a report claiming she is being eyed to replace Teresa Giudice, who remains in prison on fraud charges. See video below.
The New York Daily News recently alleged Johnson was “a front-runner” to take Giudice’s “spot” on the reality show, and went as far as claiming “negotiations are underway.” The paper added, “There’s no word yet on whether Barber will appear on the show, but a different source says the couple have been interested in doing reality TV for some time.”
None of that is true, at least according to Barber and Johnson. While out in New York City on Monday, the couple denied Johnson’s involvement with “Real Housewives,” and also seemed to shoot down the possibility of doing any reality project. “Don’t believe everything you read,” Johnson said when asked point-blank about being on the Bravo show.
“Real Housewives” executive producer Andy Cohen similarly shot down the speculation in a recent interview, in which he admitted the future of the “New Jersey” series is up in the air. “I haven’t seen any Jersey casting,” he told E! News just last week. “Here’s the thing. They’re doing a wide net, so we haven’t cast Jersey. So anything you’ve heard about casting Jersey is not true right now.”
When there is actually “Real Housewives” casting news, Gossip Cop will have it. Check out the video below, and tell us what you think of Johnson and Barber’s denial.
