“The Voice” had a double elimination on Tuesday’s results show. Find out who made the Top 8, who won the Instant Save and who was eliminated below!

As Gossip Cop reported, the Top 10 of season 12 all gave live performances on Monday’s two-hour broadcast. Chris Blue’s energetic rendition of Bruno Mars’ “24K Magic” earned a standing ovation from all four coaches. But for the second week in a row, it was Hunter Plake and Lauren Duski who proved most successful on the iTunes singles chart. Plake reinvented “Higher Love,” and reached number nine. And after Duski sang Wynonna Judd’s “Tell Me Why,” she ranked 10th when voting closed midday Tuesday.

Those achievements multiplied their respective vote totals, pretty much ensuring Plake and Duski’s places in the Top 8 for next week’s semifinals. During the results show, host Carson Daly built up suspense as he revealed which other contestants were also moving on. Unfortunately, though, three were left in jeopardy and had to compete for the Instant Save in hopes of making it through to the penultimate round.

Lilli Passero (Team Adam) was the first to give a so-called “save me” performance, singing “Stormy Weather.” Mark Isaiah (Team Adam), in the bottom for the third week in a row, followed with “Sorry.” And, lastly, Vanessa Ferguson (Team Alicia) performed “For Once In My Life.” But only one could earn redemption, with the other two getting the boot. And VANESSA FERGUSON WON!

Now with Passero and Isaiah both out of the competition, the team standings are different in one big regard. Poor Adam Levine is down to just one singer, Jesse Larson. Blake Shelton, meanwhile, is the only coach still with three artists: Duski, Aliyah Moulden, and TSoul. Gwen Stefani is again keeping Plake and Brennley Brown. And, thanks to the Instant Save, Alicia Keys hangs on to both Ferguson and Blue. Next week, however, there will be a bloodbath when this new Top 8 becomes the Final Four. Gossip Cop will have full coverage.
