“The Voice” Results: Top 11 Revealed After First Season 9 Instant Save
“The Voice” revealed the Top 11 and had its first Instant Save of season 9 on Tuesday’s results show.
As Gossip Cop reported, the Top 12 all performed live on Monday. Jordan Smith was once again the standout, though virtually every artist received praise from the coaches. Viewers could vote during and after the broadcast, with the window closing Tuesday morning.
Now host Carson Daly revealed which contestants were safe based on those votes until two were left in jeopardy. They were Mark Hood (Team Pharrell) and Korin Bukowski (Team Gwen Stefani). And one was guaranteed to be sent home.
Each had the chance to perform in hopes of winning the Instant Save via Twitter. After the tweeted votes were tallied, it was revealed BUKOWSKI WON. Hood was instantly eliminated.
The new team standings are as follows. Team Adam Levine still has all three of his artists: Smith, Amy Vachal and Shelby Brown. Blake Shelton also still has a full team with Zach Seabaugh, Emily Ann Roberts, and Barret Baber. Thanks to the Instant Save win, Stefani still has her three contestants: Bukowski, Braiden Sunshine, and Jeffrey Austin. But Pharrell, last year’s winning coach, is now down to just two, as only Madi Davis and Evan McKeel remain on his team.
Next week, the Top 11 will take the stage all over again. TELL US: What do you think of tonight’s results?
