“The Voice” Results: Top 11 Revealed After First Season 10 Instant Save
“The Voice” eliminated one contestant on Tuesday, after the first Instant Save of season 10. Get the full results below!
As Gossip Cop reported, the Top 12 contestants all performed for America’s votes on Monday. Among the standouts were perpetual frontrunner Alisan Porter, Team Pharrell’s Hannah Huston and Emily Keener, and Team Blake’s Adam Wakefield. In fact, Porter and Wakefield made the iTunes Top 10 when voting closed midday Tuesday, giving them the bonus multipliers.
So it was no surprise to find out they were safe, along with Huston. But on the other end of the spectrum, host Carson Daly revealed Owen Danoff (Team Adam) and, surprisingly, Keener (Team Pharrell) were the Bottom Two after scoring the lowest amount of viewer votes. And only one of them could now get redemption.
Both had the opportunity to sing for the save before the Twitter voting window opened up. Keener went first with “Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain,” while Danoff sang “Lego House.” In the end, DANOFF WON, and Keener was shockingly eliminated 24 hours after receiving a standing ovation from the panel.
Now “The Voice” is officially down to the Top 11, with the new team standings as follows. Christina Aguilera still has all three of her contestants: Porter, Bryan Bautista and Nick Hagelin. Blake Shelton keeps his full team, too, with Wakefield, Paxton Ingram and Mary Sarah.
Thanks to the Instant Save victory, Adam Levine will go into next week with his three artists: Danoff, Shalyah Fearing, and Laith Al-Saadi. But now Pharrell is the first coach down to only two team members, with just Huston and Daniel Passino remaining.
