But I'll tell you, I spoke to the employee, and said why didn't you give her the phone back and he was SO adamant about not turning over property until he could prove who the owner was. I guess I respect that he didn't want to give the phone to the wrong person, but from her perspective it must have been infuriating having someone holding your phone hostage. Again, most shocking part to me is someone charging another person 50 cents for ice on a sweltering New York summer day. Always appreciate your comments, Spinilli. Thanks!
