Jersey Shore Serious Pimp The Situation

Serious Pimp, an apparel company, is reportedly suing “Jersey Shore” star The Situation.

The lawsuit claims Sitch allegedly defrauded Serious Pimp after agreeing to promote the firm’s T-shirt line in exchange for a $25,000 advance.

According to the documents, The Situation (real name: Michael Sorrentino) took the money but never held up his end of the bargain, reports TMZ.

His rep, meanwhile, says the contract was upheld and there’s nothing to dispute.

It’s not the first time a clothing company and the “Jersey Shore” personality have gotten into a legal tussle – Sorrentino has sued Abercrombie & Fitch for copyright infringement after an escalating publicity war between the two sides.
