The Bachelorette Recap: The Guys Hate On Kalon (VIDEO)

Since we already know who got kicked off “The Bachelorette” on Monday night (ahem, ABC fail), we can skip right to the meat of the show.

Episode two began with the season’s first one-on-one date, for which Emily Maynard chose pro fitness trainer Ryan.

The pair baked cookies for Maynard’s daughter Ricki’s soccer team and went to dinner at a fancy restaurant, where they were feted as celebrities by Charlotte’s locals.

The group date was much more interesting.

Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy showed up and helped the contestants put on a play to raise money for a charity Maynard supports, and all of the guys came out of their shells in an effort to win Maynard’s attention.

During the cocktail party that night, Maynard connected with Jef, to whom she later gave the group date rose.

For her next one-on-one date, the Bachelorette flew Joe to her home state of West Virginia, where they went swimming and had dinner in an upscale hotel.

It was a pretty luxurious outing, but Maynard was just not that into him, and he was later sent packing, along with Aaron the biology teacher and Kyle, the financial advisor.

The most entertaining incident on tonight’s show was Kalon’s tiff with Stevie, the party MC who looks like he might have auditioned for “Jersey Shore.”

Stevie told Kalon, “I don’t like you” when he heard the luxury brand consultant griping about another suitor cutting in on his one-on-one time with Maynard.

Kalon retorted, “I wouldn’t like me either if I were you.”

Snap!

It’s clear that Kalon is this season’s villain, and we think he’ll do a fine job filling Courtney Robertson’s shoes.

He also butted heads with Doug, got dissed for his Louis Vuitton luggage by John aka “Wolf,” and just sparked general all-around distaste among the majority of the guys.
