Terra Jole, Sasha Farber ‘GMA’ Video: Watch ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Interview
“Dancing with the Stars” partners Terra Jole and Sasha Farber appeared on Monday’s “Good Morning America” to discuss the reality competition show. Watch the “GMA” video below!
Jole, who stands at four feet, two inches tall, is the first-ever little person to compete on the show. Best known for her starring roles on Lifetime’s “Little Women: LA” and “Terra’s Little Family,” the reality star noted, “Our bodies are built a little bit differently but everything else is the same.” Jole also revealed the challenge of participating alongside pro dancer Farber was that “I never danced with an average-sized partner before.”
For Farber’s part, he added, “I never danced with a little person before,” to which Jole laughed, “He’s also never met a little person before!” The dancer admitted he’s been “adjusting the moves” to work with his celebrity partner, adding, “She really does inspire me to create bigger and better numbers. And there are specific things that Terra can’t do, like for instance, one of my steps would be three of Terra’s steps.”
Jole went on to say she ultimately hopes to be embraced as just another competitor and not as the little person of the show. “In the beginning, I said there’s gonna be a moment where I hope that you no longer think of me like you’re dancing with a little person,” she said of her relationship with Farber. “You’re just Terra. And Sasha’s now looking at me like Terra, which is great, and I hope that America does too.” Watch the full “GMA” interview in the video below!
