Terra Jole Gives “Great Performance” On “Showstoppers” Night Of ‘Dancing With The Stars’ (VIDEO)
Terra Jole and her partner Sasha Farber impressed again on Monday’s “Dancing With The Stars.” They danced a Charleston for their performance to “If My Friends Could See Me Now” from the musical “Sweet Charity.” Watch the video below of their “Showstoppers” routine on the show’s Broadway-themed night.
Jole has consistently been among the show’s best dancers, but faltered on Halloween with her cha cha to Harry Belafonte’s “Day-O.” In fact, while Jole has often been toward the top of the pack, last week she had the second lowest score, having receiving just 24 out of 30 points. And it that weren’t hard enough for her and her partner, Jole and Farber were also in the bottom two last week and were very close at the end of the show to being eliminated entirely from Season 23 of “Dancing With The Stars.”
Fortunately, she bounced back to the delight of the audience and judges. About her Charleston, Carrie Ann Inaba offered, “You outperformed everyone in this competition… You bring it every time.” Bruno Tonioli added, “Such a great performance.” And guest judge Idina Menzel felt, “You are superbly talented.” For their routine, Jole and Farber got a total of 38 out of 40 points.
