Teresa and Joe Giudice of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” will plead guilty to several charges in their massive fraud case, according to multiple reports.

Last November, the couple pleaded not guilty to some charges, but under a new reported arrangement with prosecutors, the Giudices will appear in U.S. District Court on Tuesday and enter guilty pleas to avoid a scheduled April trial.

They could get prison time under federal sentencing guidelines.

The Giudices are alleged to have committed mail fraud, wire fraud, bank fraud, loan application fraud and bankruptcy fraud.

They’re accused of using phony tax returns and other paperwork to inflate their incomes and receive millions in loans and mortgages.

Joe is also charged with failure to pay taxes for several years.
