Teen Choice Awards 2010 Announces Major Attendees

Robert Pattinson, Ashley Greene, Sandra Bullock, and Leighton Meester will be among the celebs attending Teen Choice Awards 2010, it was just announced.

Katy Perry will host the ceremony, which airs on August 9 on Fox.

Previously announced appearances include young Hollywood figures Zac Efron, Victoria Justice, Miranda Cosgrove and David Archuleta, as well as Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian.

    I hope that Kristen and Taylor get a break from filming to also be able to attend. However, Kristen and Taylor did all the duties while Rob was filming so I guess that it’s his turn now.

    Kristen and Taylor didnt do ALL the duties. Rob did lots of pr for Eclipse.

    Uh..I don’t think it was to be taken as literally…Kristen and Taylor had the foreign duties this time. I mean even Rob has said that at Kimmel. Anyway, I am happy that Rob will be able to attend at least. Ashley Greene..Eh. Taylor Lautner? Eh. But Kristen I will miss. Beyond Rob though..I don’t really care about the guests coming so far..This will probably be a DVR recording for me where I can fast forward to Rob. :P

    I did mean to say that they did most of foreign duties. Actually he appeared on Jimmy Kimmel and the press junkets, Oprah (with Kristen and Taylor, and Ellen DeGeneres. He attended the LA premiere but not the special screening in NY. Ashley, Nikki, David Slade, and Xavier did the foreign promotions that Kristen and Taylor didn’t. I didn’t mean it to slight Rob in any way. I meant that now they letting him have his turn. I am sure that these awards show while nice for us to watch are work for them. I will miss Kristen…not truly concerned about the others…I guess I will DVR also. Kristen is in Montreal and Taylor is filming in Pittsburgh.

    I think Rob is a bit beyond the “teen” thing/craze. He’s more adult to me, than teen heart throb. And his non-Twilight roles are more adult, too. But he does appreciate his fans no matter what their age, so this will give him an opportunity to show that again. I’ll pick up the highlights on You-Tube.
