Taylor Swift “Wildest Dreams” Video
Taylor Swift’s “Wildest Dreams” video premiered on Sunday, during the MTV Video Music Awards pre-show. Watch below!
As Gossip Cop reported, Swift announced earlier this month that “Wildest Dreams” would be the fifth single from her mega-successful album, 1989, following “Shake It Off,” “Blank Space,” “Style,” and “Bad Blood.” Just a few days ago, it was revealed Scott Eastwood was the video’s co-star. He’s since praised Swift as a “true friend” and “rock star.”
The new video was directed by Joseph Hahn, the same visionary responsible for the acclaimed “Blank Space” and “Bad Blood” clips. And “Wildest Dreams” doesn’t disappoint. In the video, Swift portrays an old-school movie star on a film set, with Eastwood playing her leading man. The end of the video notes that all the proceeds are going to wildlife preservation.
Though the video is now officially out, Swift’s night is only to set to get bigger. She’s heading into the VMAs as the ceremony’s most nominated artist, with both “Blank Space” and “Bad Blood” up for multiple awards. And “Bad Blood,” of course, is among the nominees for the top category, Video of the Year.
