Taylor Swift NOT Pregnant, Despite Report
Taylor Swift is NOT pregnant, despite a tabloid cover story wrongly claiming she’s having a baby. Gossip Cop can exclusively bust the report.
The new issue of OK! hit newsstands on Wednesday blaring, “Taylor Shocker! Pregnant! Who’s The Dad?” The cover even features a photo of Swift with a supposed “bump.” Inside the magazine, a headline exclaims, “Taylor’s Baby Drama!” It’s said, “Taylor Swift’s circle is buzzing with word that the good-girl singer — who’s currently single — is pregnant.”
“People are saying she’s pregnant,” a so-called “inside source” tells the tabloid, which writes, “While Taylor has remained mum on the rumors, her recent behavior is leading some to believe it could be true. One pal describes the singer as ‘superemotional lately’ adding that she’s mostly been staying in at night and avoiding alcohol.” And, notes the supposed friend, Swift’s alleged weight gain is “totally out of character for Taylor. But [a pregnancy] would make things add up. Word is she’s eating twice the amount she normally does, and she hasn’t been to the gym nearly as much.”
The story goes on speculate about who could be the baby’s dad, with it being said “her friends aren’t even sure who the father would be, though their money’s on Calvin Harris.” Says the outlet’s tipster, “The timing fits for a late-summer reunion with him, which could have prompted her to dump Tom [Hiddleston]. That would put her a few months along.” As for Hiddleston, it’s said he’s a “dark-horse candidate to be her baby daddy.”
But none of it is true. Swift isn’t expecting a baby with Harris OR Hiddleston. While OK! claims the superstar has “mostly been staying in,” she actually went out a lot in October, from a Kings of Leon show to her own huge concert at the Forumla One U.S. Grand Prix to Drake’s star-studded birthday party. And there was no reason to suspect she was sporting a “tiny baby bump” at any of those public appearances.
And that’s because Swift’s NOT pregnant, Gossip Cop confirms exclusively. And, by the way, all this wild speculation is coming from the same tabloid that, more than a year ago, falsely claimed Swift and Harris were on the verge of getting married and having a baby. That cover story was completely inaccurate, and so is this new one. That’s so not okay.
