Taylor Swift Mocks Press Over Calvin Harris Marriage Rumors
Taylor Swift mocked the press on Twitter on Tuesday for making up rumors about her. The pop superstar denied two recent false reports claiming she’s getting married to boyfriend Calvin Harris, and buying a mansion in Beverly Hills.
Just last week, Gossip Cop exclusively corrected the false story in OK! that claimed that Swift and Harris were getting married, and that their wedding was to take place at the luxurious Coworth Park Hotel in England. We were told by a trusted source that the story was “B.S.,” and Swift herself has now confirmed it’s untrue.
And just hours ago, Variety published an inaccurate story that stated Swift had purchased the iconic Samuel Goldywn estate in Beverly Hills for $25 million. That claim isn’t true either. The singer wrote, “What the press says I’m doing: Buying a Bev Hills mansion, getting married in an English castle. What I’m doing: Playing a show in St. Louis.”
Swift is set to perform the second of two sold-out shows at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis on Tuesday night, and not getting married in England or buying a mansion in Beverly Hills. Tell Gossip Cop what you think about the singer mocking the press for making up rumors about her.
