Taylor Swift Makes Kanye West Joke While Accepting People’s Choice Award (VIDEO)

Taylor Swift made a sly, amusing reference to her infamous awards show incident with Kanye West at Wednesday’s People’s Choice Awards.

After winning Favorite Country Artist, presenter Olivia Munn (jokingly) refused to give up Swift’s trophy.

“This always happens, god,” quipped Swift.

The singer was alluding to West storming the stage at the 2009 Video Music Awards and interrupting Swift from accepting her Best Female Video award.

After Munn gave up the trophy, Swift gave her acceptance speech and — coincidentally or not — was played off stage as One Direction’s “Live While We’re Young” boomed from the speakers.

Although Kanye is a smart man, as one the most disliked people in entertainment, he went out and found THE most disliked person to be with. Now he doesn’t look so bad.
