Taylor Swift Denies Reports She And Kanye West Collaborated On Bad Blood Remake
Taylor Swift is denying reports that she collaborated with Kanye West on a remake of her song “Bad Blood.” The singer took to her Tumblr page on Wednesday to address the widespread rumor, writing, “None of this is true.”
There were earlier stories claiming that shortly after the Grammy Awards, Swift and West had re-recorded “Bad Blood,” which is on her latest album “1989.” The published reports also said former Hippos singer Ariel Rechtshaid had produced the track.
All this, of course, grew out of West and Swift talking at the Grammys, years after he stormed the stage at the MTV Video Music Awards and interrupted her during an acceptance speech.West later revealed to Ryan Seacrest during a radio that the two were planning to go into the recording studio together, though he didn’t provide any details about the collaboration. West said at the time, “Yeah, she wants to get in the studio and we’re definitely going to go in. Any artist with an amazing point of view, perspective, fan base, I’m down to get in the studio and work. I don’t discriminate.”
And while they still may collaborate, they did NOT do a remake of “Bad Blood,” despite reports. Would you like Swift and West to do a song together?
