Taylor Swift and Harry Styles confirmed weeks-long romance rumors by holding hands on the way to her New York hotel after 4 a.m. on Tuesday morning.

Earlier in the night, Swift was honored by her ex Conor Kennedy’s family with the 2012 Ripple of Hope Award at the annual Robert F. Kennedy gala in Times Square.

After the event, the “Love Story” singer met up with Styles at One Direction’s concert after-party, where the pair reportedly sang karaoke to “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart.”

A fan captured a picture of the performance (see below).

On Sunday, the singers were spotted looking smitten in Central Park.

    I don’t think Taylor has any clue what it truly means to be in love with someone nor do I think she is a mature person. What she has with the boys are no more than flings she isn’t dating anyone, she just goes on dates. She’s young and I for some reason don’t think she is out spreading her legs, probably just an extreme make-out person I think she slept with John Mayer though and he screwed her over. She plays the victim and cries foul when in reality all those boys have in common is her, so maybe she should spend some less time hanging out with boys and try being by herself or with some girlfriends. Is she still even friends with that girl Kaci? She reminds me of this girl I went to high school with who changed boyfriends more than some people change their underwear. She just loved the attention men gave her, it fed her ego and hid her insecurities but she wasn’t the nicest of girls and was a bit snotty but I still felt bad for her. Taylor seems all nice and sweet but her writing about her ex boyfriends seems passive aggressive to me and a bit rude. Her reputation is going to take a hit sooner and later, I think people are getting fed up with her. However I will always be a fan of her music, it’s catchy.

    I dont think she should date him… He is young and she is a little bit too much for him… She has dated too many guys and most of them she wrote really powerful breakup songs and i don’t want to see her make ANOTHER break up song about her being inlove and never ever wanting to get back together. This young boy doesnt deserve her and he is still young and should just stay single plus most of the directioners think its better for harry to stay single…

    The problem is she keeps trying to have relationships with adolescent boys. Taylor, you are a beautiful, vivacious young woman, a complex creature by nature. Try going for a MAN-one who is finished growing up and knows what he wants, and can handle a lady.

    BTW I think We Are Never Getting Back Together was written for Tay Lautner. Just my opinion.

    Here’s something I don’t understand. Miley Cyrus has been with one man, her fiancee, for quite a few years now and she is labeled a slut. Then here is Taylor Swift, a girl who seems to have a new guy every few months, and she is essentially “America’s Sweetheart.” That’s messed up. Taylor needs to just be single for awhile. Write about something OTHER than her failed relationships.

    I would like to point out those “pictures” are fake. Harry’s “Things I Can’t” tattoo is missing in all those photos of them holding hands. So unless he got it removed, or maybe I’m missing something (though I don’t think I am) their “proof” isn’t even real.

    I listen to her music, her voice is not better than American Idol contenders and her songs just meh to me, her interviews sound like 12 years old. Not surprise that she only date high schooler now.

    I agree I just think they are catchy she sounds horrible live but I’ve heard worse so I have no problems borrowing Taylor’s cd from my friend (who is a huge TS fan) and burning it. Oh I refuse to pay for her music…lol
