Taylor Swift And Miranda Lambert Feuding – Real Or Rumor?
Lambert made a surprise appearance last month at Swift’s 1989 concert in North Carolina, where the two sang a duet of Lambert’s hit song “Little Red Wagon.” But an alleged “insider” tells OK!, “They cannot stand each other,” and backstage they supposedly “barely said a word to each other.”
The magazine’s ill-informed “source” then adds that Lambert’s management team forced the singer to accompany Swift on stage in hopes of “repairing her image” after her recent divorce from Blake Shelton. The tabloid’s supposed insider also claims that Swift reached out to support Shelton following his and Lambert’s divorce, adding, “She’s always been closer to him, and Miranda hated that.” Additionally, alleges OK!, Swift believes Lambert is a “bully who will stomp over anyone to get her way.”
None of this is true, but that’s not a shocker considering how the tabloid has previously attempted to create nonexistent drama between Swift and a famous gal pal. Back in April, the magazine claimed Swift and Lorde were “at war,” a rumor that the close friends later mocked themselves on social media.
Gossip Cop reached out to a source close to the situation and we’re assured that Swift and Lambert are on very friendly terms. If there were any truth to this story, Lambert would have never made a surprise appearance at Swift’s show, and the “Shake It Off” singer wouldn’t have invited her in the first place. The tabloid’s story is utter fiction, and, we’re told, a “complete lie.”
