Taylor Swift NOT Ditching Girl Squad, Despite Report
Taylor Swift is NOT ditching her girl squad, despite an inaccurate report. Gossip Cop can correct this claim. We’re told it’s “false.”
“Taylor’s Squad Overhaul,” reads a headline in this week’s Star, which claims Swift is “tired of her old crew full of models,” and is hoping to build a new squad that seems “sharper in the brains department.” A so-called “source” tells the tabloid, “She wants to hang out more with Aziz Ansari, Blake Lively and Broadway star Todrick Hall.” Swift’s “clique reconstruction,” however, alleges the publication is about rebranding her image. “Taylor’s reputation took a beating this year, and she needs to reinvent herself,” contends the magazine’s questionable insider, adding, “Certain people just aren’t a good fit for her anymore.”
But it’s all lies. A Swift source assures us the report is completely “false.” The singer is not ditching her girl squad, nor is she hoping to rebrand her image. In fact, as Gossip Cop reported, Gigi Hadid and Martha Hunt shared sweet birthday wishes for Swift on Tuesday. There’s no bad blood there.
Of course, this isn’t the first time Star has written an entirely fabricated article about the singer. Gossip Cop recently called out the unreliable publication for falsely alleging Swift had ditched Selena Gomez during her rehab stint. That wasn’t true, and neither is this latest claim.
