Taylor Swift Performs “Blank Space” on The Voice — WATCH VIDEO HERE!
Taylor Swift performed “Blank Space” on “The Voice” on Tuesday. The appearance marked a return to the NBC music competition for Swift, after appearing earlier this season as a special mentor. Watch the video below!
Swift served as an adviser for all the teams during the Knockout Round last month, assisting Adam Levine, Gwen Stefani, Pharrell and Blake Shelton. She was free from having to critique on the live results show, and was instead given the spotlight to perform her latest single. As Gossip Cop reported, “Blank Space” recently hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, dethroning “Shake It Off.” It marked the first time in chart history that a female artist has unseated herself from the top spot.
Swift gave the debut TV performance of “Blank Space” at the American Music Awards on Sunday. Like then, and like the entertaining music video, the singer jokingly portrayed herself as a psycho man eater on “The Voice,” poking fun at the ridiculous image the tabloids have wrongly given her. After the new performance, Swift chatted with host Carson Daly about her incredibly successful new album 1989, and her experience helping on “The Voice.” Check out the video below!
