Taylor Momsen is 16.
She sings in a rock band, has appeared on a TV show with adult themes (“Gossip Girl”) and dresses provocatively.
But at the end of the day… she’s still only 16.
So it’s with no small amount of disgust that we noticed X17 Online had decided to post an uncensored photo of Momsen performing last weekend at the Vans Warped Tour with a tampon string dangling between her legs.
The censored version is to the right.
While it may be less criminal than distributing photos of minors not wearing underwear (as Perez Hilton implied with his reprehensible Miley Cyrus upskirt photo tweet), X17’s Momsen post is just plain gross.
It isn’t the first time upskirt photos of the starlet have circulated.
It’s no more justifiable this time around.
Whether Momsen’s outfits are “appropriate” is irrelevant.
If you’re a minor, there shouldn’t be an expectation that your crotch can be photographed from below and posted for the world to see.

The papz, X17, and Perez are discussing. Of course, Perez was going to jump on something like that because he hates women anyway with no respect. They should not take pics of such. These people are a part of this world becoming more and more discussing.

Have tabloids started using the sex offender registry as a job candidate pool? Sure you run the risk of a “wardrobe malfunction” in a skimpy outfit. Doesn’t mean someone has to take a pic of it.
