Twilight wolf boy Taylor Lautner might become a mutant, according to a report picked up by Perez Hilton and others.

The story claims 20th Century Fox “has their eye” on the teen heartthrob to star in X-Men: First Class, due to hit theaters in June 2011.

Hilton says Lautner “would be a fool to pass this up” — but is it actually going to happen?

Nope.

A rep for Lautner tells Gossip Cop it’s “not true” that he is attached to the role.
