No, they’re not dating. I live in Valencia and went to high school with Taylor (he left the school my freshman year) but we had classes together and have stayed in touch. Last I talked to him – around mother’s day – I asked him how his love life was and he said not to believe everything you read.

If you are who you say you are, then answer this question: if they are not dating then why doesn’t he go on the record and say so? I think their pairing is for publicity and here’s why:

1) no initimate photos of the two. Even with Selena Gomez there were pictures of them embracing.

2) at the MTV movie awards they did not sit together and he was nominated. They didn’t walk the red carpet together. If you can go visit him on his set (and have sleepovers), I think you rate being acknowledged publicly as the girlfriend.

3) at the MTVMA’s after party one gossip mag alleged Lautner had a lot of girls vying for his attention and he was enjoying it. You don’t do that when you have a girlfriend, especially when said girlfriend is at the same party. That is not the look of love and trust on Lily’s face, IMO.

I really don’t know about this one. They could very well be dating but don’t want anyone to know. Can you blame them if this IS the case? When he was seeing Gomez, they were photographed everywhere they went, no privacy. When he was ”with” Swift, the same thing. Also, if it doesn’t work out, the aftermath isn’t plastered all over the Magazines and Gossip sites. It’s possible it’s a legit relationship. Many people have spotted them together and she has refused to be in pictures. He took her and her dad to a family wedding a few months back. If she was just a costar/friend/publicitygf I doubt he’d invite her along.
On the other hand, it may also be very plausible that it is for publicity since they have only been snapped together when the Abduction trailer was about to be released and when they were doing reshoots in February. It is possible he is still with Hicks. Bottom line is we don’t know for sure.
When it comes to Gossip Magazines, I don’t even go there! Saying he had girls around him Bla bla bla…Doesn’t mean a thing. Also, the picture is just that, a picture! We have no idea what they were talking about so we can’t say she looks jealous or unhappy with him because it appears he is looking in another direction!
Like I said, they are either legit, publicity stunting, were an item and no longer are or who the beep knows!
I myself am not a Collins fan. Heard a lot of things about her I don’t like however, it doesn’t change the fact that they may or may not be together. I guess we shall just need to wait and see come September when the movie is released. They’ll either go public, break up or the situation will cease to change.

Makes me wonder – what is Lautner thinking (or what is he thinking WITH?). If she has dirt under her nails, it will be brought to the forefront as Abduction’s premiere gets closer. Look what happen with the third Transformers movie, LaBoeuf and Bay went on a full scale attack on Megan Fox. Scandal ups circulation and gets hits on websites.

lily collins was in vancouver to start pre production on snow white which she has now started filming. she didn’t fly all the way to canada just for taylor. however, since they seem like good friends, it’s only natural that he would take her out to dinner since he’s the only person she knows up there. i’m pretty sure that since lily was in canada for preproduction for her movie, that she would not be “sleeping over” with him as you put it. i’m sure the production company behind snow white had lily set up at her own hotel.

Its funny how now everyone is saying the heard bad things about lily I never heard anything about it last summer when they filming abduction know one wasn’t saying nothing now that there dating fans are like I heard she did this and she not a nice person and blah blah blah.

Actually the question of her character was raised by the tabloids and gossip sites when it was first reported they were “dating” about a year ago. She had a boyfriend, a stuntman, during the time of filiming and she dumped him for A-list Lautner.
