REPORT: Tallulah Willis Cited for Underage Possession of Alcohol

(GettyImages.com)

Tallulah Belle Willis, Demi Moore and Bruce Willis‘ 17-year-old daughter, was reportedly cited for underage possession of alcohol in Hollywood last night.

Police officers reportedly saw three under-21 girls – including Willis – emerge from a vehicle with two bottles of alcohol at around 11:00 p.m. PT, according to TMZ.

The three young women were reportedly cited on the scene.

Moore is said to have arrived to pick up her daughter, since police could not release Willis, a minor, without an adult.

Ahaha! I bet she got an earful on the drive home.

A little rite of passage. Brings back memories. Me trying not to hurl in my Dad’s new car and him lecturing me on the evils of alcohol and wait til my Mother sees me, etc. He momentarily forgot how he used to regale me and my brothers with his own tales of boozy adventure in his youth. HAHA!

Hey if I was to go through life with the name of Tallulah , especially as a teenager I’d drink too. I figure she was named in honor of the great , colorful , sardonic actress tallulah Bankhead. But what an old fashion name. What’s her nick anyway Lula? It reminds me of girls being named Rose Bush, Kelly Green or Ima and Yura Hog.

One day, when Tallulah Belle’s deep eyes are smiling intoxicated on some Malibu billboard, the world will stop to wonder and sigh in relief that she’s indeed the prodigal daughter of a Hollywood power couple making the necessary rounds on her way to our communal afternoon trash heap.

    Kinda stupid…. The alcohol laws I mean…

Here in Denmark you can buy alcohol from age 16 (at restaurants, bars and similar from age 18), and while the kids drink more often, they drink less when they do. It seems to be a case of drinking what you feel like (here) as opposed to drinking as much as possible when you finally get a chance (the US).

Oh, and the laws here only applies to selling alcohol, not possessing or drinking it. If you give a 15 year old (or younger) alcohol it’s perfectly legal, as it is for him/her to drink it and get drunk.
