Zooey Deschanel was mistakenly ID’d as Boston Bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev by closed captioning on a local news broadcast on Friday.

During the harrowing manhunt, Peter Ogburn, a contributor for MediaBistro, captured Tsarnaev being wrongly referred to as the “New Girl” star by the subtitling service on a broadcast in Dallas.

Zooey Deschanel is officially divorced.

A year after the “New Girl” star filed to split from Death Cab for Cutie rocker Ben Gibbard, the couple’s divorce was finalized on December 12, according to documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The court documents cite “irreconcilable differences” between the exes.
