Louis Vuitton The Hangover 2 Zach Galifianakis

Luxury brand Louis Vuitton is suing Warner Bros. over The Hangover Part II, claiming a “Louis Vuitton” handbag featured in the movie is a fake.

In a complaint filed on Thursday, the fashion company says the the bag in question (seen slung over Zach Galifianakis’ shoulder in this photo) is actually a knockoff – and that the studio never got permission to call it a “Louis Vuitton” in the first place.

The network decided to dump “Hung,” “Bored to Death” and “How to Make It in America.”

Apparently, Zach Galifianakis isn’t the only person in Hollywood who has issues with January Jones.

Jared Gilmore, the 11-year-old actor who formerly played Jones’ son Bobby Draper on “Mad Men,” says the actress isn’t the nicest person he’s come across so far in showbiz.

Asked by TV Guide for advice for the actor who will replace him on the show, Gilmore warned, “Be careful around January [Jones]. She’s not as approachable as the others. She’s really serious about what she does. Everyone else is so nice.”

Most intriguing, though, might he this tidbit about the next sequel in the mega-hit ‘The Hangover’ franchise.

Waking up dazed and confused has never been so profitable.

“The Hangover Part 2″ scored HUGE at the box office, with a Memorial Day Weekend total of $105 million, making it the best opening in history for an R-rated comedy. Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis’ romp through Bangkok easily takes the top spot.

“Kung Fu Panda 2″ and “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides” came in second and third with $62 million and $53 million, respectively. What did you see this holiday weekend?
