The outlet reports that Lohan “was scheduled to begin her community service at the Downtown Women’s Center on Skid Row in Los Angeles,” but “was a no-show this morning.” However, the report is completely inaccurate.

This is the same site that similarly – and wrongly – claimed Lohan was drinking at the Chateau Marmont in January.
