“LINDSAY LOHAN BLOWS OFF COMMUNITY SERVICE AT DOWNTOWN WOMEN’S CENTER” blares an “exclusive” from X17Online.

The outlet reports that Lohan “was scheduled to begin her community service at the Downtown Women’s Center on Skid Row in Los Angeles,” but “was a no-show this morning.”

Lohan has been ordered to perform 360 hours of community service at the DWC after she was found guilty of a probation violation in her necklace theft case.

X17 claims they spoke with a supposed “employee” at the center, who said that Lohan was “late for her service this morning,” and therefore would not be let inside.

But this report is completely bogus.

Lohan tells Gossip Cop exclusively, “I’m not even set to start until next week,” though she started a few days later.

In other words, X17 was way too early with this fabricated controversy.

It’s no surprise, because X17 is consistently WRONG when it comes to Lohan.

The paparazzi caused a potentially dangerous situation yesterday, all in the pursuit of photographing  Jake Gyllenhaal and Taylor Swift together.

The couple was being followed while driving through a residential neighborhood in Beverly Hills.

“This was scary,” says a source close to Gyllenhaal, who was forced to call the cops.

X17Online claims “Jake was TOTALLY overreacting,” and only notified the police because “he didn’t want anyone to get a shot of him and Taylor together,” but Gossip Cop is told it was a far more serious situation.

“This was not about a celebrity saying, ‘Don’t follow me,’” says our insider, adding that Gyllenhaal and Swift “felt they were in jeopardy.”

But it wasn’t just Swift’s safety and his own that Gyllenhaal was concerned about. “There were people on the sidewalk, families” in the neighborhood, we’re told, who could have potentially been injured.

“It was really dangerous,” reiterates our source, who says the police stopped six paparazzi cars that were right on Gyllenhaal’s car.

Unfortunately, after Gyllenhaal drove on, there were four more paparazzi cars – out of the police’s view – who still followed the couple.

According to various poorly informed “sources,” Chace Crawford is really busy these days.

The “Gossip Girl” actor has been linked to Rachel Bilson by Life & Style, while the Daily Mail claims he’s with Kelly Osbourne.

X17 Online does an excellent job of picking up both rumors – and doing nothing to check their validity.

Instead, the site just regurgitates Life & Style‘s eyewitness’ claim that Crawford and Bilson were “flirting” and the “attraction was obvious” at a group dinner in New York, while also rehashing the Daily Mail‘s report that Crawford and Osbourne “have been on a couple of dates.”

Let us kill two birds with one… story.

Crawford isn’t with either woman.

“It’s not true,” a rep for Osbourne tells Gossip Cop about the “couple of dates” rumor.

Similarly, Bilson’s spokesperson confirms that while the two did have dinner with their friends, the actress “is not dating” the TV hunk.

Looks like Crawford is just the victim of bad “Gossip.”

It’s generally not a good sign when you’re rehashing a story the crack journalists over at X17Online conjured from thin air.

Us Weekly claims Jason Trawick “got the shock of his life” when he dialed a number in girlfriend Britney Spears‘ cellphone and reached her old paparazzo beau Adnan Ghalib.

“Multiple sources” tell the magazine that Spears has been privately contacting Ghalib, who’s been ordered by a court to keep his distance from the pop queen.

Why the covert conversations? Us Weekly claims Spears needs to “vent” about her anguish under father Jamie Spears‘ legal conservatorship, which she allegedly compares to prison. “She’s miserable under her parents’ control,” says a so-called “insider,” who adds, “As crazy as it sounds, she really wants to get back together with Adnan.”

Maybe it “sounds” crazy because it is.

Back in February, X17 tried to float similarly untrue rumors that Spears wanted to “leave Jason for the real love of her life… Adnan,” and that “she’s still in contact with him.” Amusingly, the site called the news of secret calls to Ghalib – which it invented —  ”a shocker!”

Us Weekly‘s attempts to revive the Ghalib rumor are no less shocking — or inaccurate.

A source close to Spears calls the mag’s claim “absurd” and swears to Gossip Cop that the performer “doesn’t talk to Adnan.”

Sometimes X17Online’s stories make us shake our heads so much, we end up with whiplash.

Today, we may have to get a neck brace after reading a post titled, “Britney And Jason Flaunt Their Fake Relationship In Santa Barbara.”

Try to follow this one, if you can, about Britney Spears and Jason Trawick.

According to one of X17’s photogs, “Britney and Jason are totally fake… This trip [to Santa Barbara] seems like an attempt for Jason to salvage whatever type of relationship these two have with each other because everyone’s reporting that they’ve broken up. Thing is … they were never really together!”

(1) If they wanted to “fake” a relationship, why would they haul out to Santa Barbara, where there’s a chance there may not have been photographers, when they could have easily gone to a paparazzi-infested place in L.A. like The Ivy?

(2) If their coupling is “fake” and “they were never really together,” as the X17 photog claims, then why would Trawick even need to “salvage” their relationship?

But here’s our favorite part: X17 suggests that the pressure of pretending their relationship is real is taking a toll on them. The site notes that as they left what was actually a romantic getaway, Trawick didn’t look good “with wild unkempt hair and circles under his eyes as if he were up all night.”

Uh, might we suggest that if the two were up all night, things are going real well between them?

Regardless, a source close to Spears tells Gossip Cop, the X17 tale is “Absurd! Their relationship is very real and they are together.”

Gossip Cop would like to suggest that the photographers at X17 either go to eye doctors or psychiatrists because they seem to see things that no one else does, like the time they reported Jennifer Aniston was at the same party as Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie when she was nowhere near that event.

Or when X17 saw Lindsay Lohan with Petey Wright in Marrakech when the male model was in the U.S., thousands of miles away from Morocco.

Or when X17 witnessed Tiger Woods’ yacht fleeing to the Bahamas when it remained moored in Palm Beach.

Maybe the paps at X17 should just focus on photos.

We probably shouldn’t be too surprised when an outlet as blissfully out of touch as X17 Online misses the mark again.

Jessica Biel made the mistake of running errands without boyfriend Justin Timberlake yesterday.

Uh oh. Because X17 apparently believes people in a relationship can never, ever, ever be apart.

“Not trying to stir up the breakup rumors again,” sneers the site, “But how come we never see these two together anymore?”

For a news and photo operation, X17 doesn’t do a very good job of looking at the news or photos.

Biel and Timberlake have been spotted all over New York this month, holding hands and looking happy.

A Gossip Cop pal saw them shooting hoops together on May 2.

Oh, and they attended the Met Gala the next night… arm in arm, smiling and affectionate — as pictured to the right.

They’re not conjoined twins. They’re boyfriend and girlfriend. Every now and then they’ll be seen apart.

In the future, X17 should at least stir up wrong rumors that aren’t so easily and thoroughly disproved.

X17Online breathlessly reported Britney Spears had “an intimate lunch with her bodyguard” Ryan at The Abbey in West Hollywood.

The site claimed, “Britney requested to be seated at a private cabana at the back of the bar with her hot bodyguard Ryan… surrounded by curtains perhaps in an attempt to keep their relationship a secret from boyfriend Jason Trawick.”

“Their secret relationship”?

Uh, huh…

And, according to an X17 photographer, “Britney was really happy with this guy; she seems in a better mood with him than when she’s with Jason. And Ryan [the bodyguard] is really cute so the attraction is obvious.”

The only thing that’s “obvious” is that X17Online, which previously gave us such doozies as Britney Wants to Marry Adnan Ghalib and Britney Punched Jason Trawick in the Face, is wrong again.

It wasn’t a date, says a source close to the singer, adding that Ryan is just her bodyguard – that’s all.

Oops, X17 did it again.

“Looks like there’s a new hottie in Lindsay Lohan‘s life, and his name is Anthony Noble!” declares X17Online, which previously linked the actress to model Petey Wright (wrong),  John Mayer (nope), and DJ Jus Ske (not true).

According to today’s post, Lindsay’s supposed love interest is a “French and tres wealthy… up and coming fashion designer” with a “passion for clothes, tattoos and fancy cars.”

One thing, however, that Noble does not have a passion for is… Lohan.

He’s not romantically interested in Lohan, and she’s not interested in him.

When Gossip Cop reached out to Lohan for a comment, she laughed at the X17Online report and said, “God no! Oy!”

In a piece titled, “Britney Bitch Slaps Jason,” X17Online claims they witnessed Britney Spears smacking around her boyfriend Jason Trawick.

Incredibly, though Spears is followed everywhere by paparazzi, an X17Online photographer was the only person to witness this – and yet the photographer did not get one single photo of the supposed incident.

Huh?

According to X17Online, Trawick was recently following Spears in his own car when “he decided to join her in her Mercedes G-Wagon and have her bodyguard drive his car. He called Brit on the phone to ask her to pull over, which she did, but she was blocking traffic and cars behind her started honking. This frustrated her and by the time Jason got to the car, she was ready to explode — and she did!”

X17Online goes on to say, “Britney flew into a rage,” and quotes their photographer alleging that Brtiney then “hit Jason in the face five or six times!”

Really?!

The photog, who then psychoanalyzed Spears, opines, “It looked like she was taking out years of frustration on Jason when she was hitting him.”

Uh, huh…

Just to recap: X17Online, which is a “news” and photo agency, says they were the only ones to witness Spears hit Trawick numerous times in the face in public, and the photographer who saw this (and psychoanalyzed the singer’s motivation) didn’t get one single picture?

Admittedly, Gossip Cop had a gut feeling about this story from X17Online, which has several times witnessed events that never occurred, but still we checked out this story.

“Reggie Bush ultimately dumped Kim Kardashian because of her 2007 sex tape with then-boyfriend Ray J, a source close to the couple tells X17Online,” begins another exclusive from the site that is again exclusively wrong.

According to one of X17Online’s so-called sources, “Reggie and his family are very conservative, and he told Kim that a marriage is never going to happen between them because of the tape.”

X17Online further claims that if Kardashian “didn’t have the sex tape, she could have been Mrs. Bush.”

First, the story defies logic. It’s not like Bush didn’t know about the tape when they were together. The Super Bowl champ was well aware of it, and it obviously didn’t affect his decision to date Kardashian – not once, but twice.

Still, Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to Kardashian, who said the X17Online theory is “not true.”

The couple has reportedly taken a step back in their relationship because of issues involving schedules and the toll of living life in the public eye.

The item, accompanying a photo of Timberlake looking down in the direction of a woman’s derriere, reads, “Justin Timberlake, on a break from shooting Bad Teacher with his ex, Cameron Diaz, couldn’t help but admire a mini-skirted woman bending over in front of Real Food Daily.”

Really?

Once again, X17Online has manipulated what’s actually going on to give only part of the picture.

In fact, if you see the whole picture, you would see that the woman is bending over to pick up a screaming child who has ended up on the ground, and Timberlake is looking at the toddler having a tantrum.

The only one wandering is X17Online – and it’s from the truth.

“Lindsay Lohan has a new Sam in her life,” writes RadarOnline, claiming it is exclusively reporting that “European model Sam Webb is the new man in Lindsay’s life.”

According to the site, Lohan is “looking for projects that are based in England so she can be near him.”

It seems like yesterday Gossip Cop was debunking this rumor.

Actually, it was five days ago.

This non-exclusive tale was first floated by X17, which said it had the “impression she’s been dating him for a while now.”

Despite reports, Lohan is NOT entangled with this Webb.

Lohan told Gossip Cop, “He’s been a friend for years.”

From X17, the same site that claimed Lindsay Lohan was punched by Samantha Ronson (um, nope), hooked up with John Mayer (wrong again!), and was “all over” model Petey Wright (whoops!), comes word that she is having “more than just a fling” with a different model, Sam Webb.

The site says Lohan was “spotted” making out with Webb at the Le Baron nightclub in Paris.

A so-called “source” inside the club tells X17, “They were so all over each other it got embarassing (sic) to watch.”

(Funny how X17′s “sources” always use the phrase “all over.” Coincidence?)

“It didn’t look like they had just met and hooked up,” continues the supposed spy. “I got the impression she’s been dating him for a while now.”

Lohan’s been “dating” Webb “for a while” now?

Really?

Gossip Cop asked Lohan about the rumored make-out session with Webb, and the actress told us, “Never did I do any such thing,” adding, “He’s been a friend for years.”

Actually, Gossip Cop feels a bit sorry for X17 — the site’s running out of people to link (wrongly) to Lohan.

It’s beginning to seem like X17 has a simple formula:

When things get slow, make up something about Lindsay Lohan.

The site claimed she was hooking up with model Petey Wright. (Wrong.)

Then it reported she was with John Mayer. (Wrong.)

There was also that story that Samantha Ronson allegedly punched Lohan. (Wrong.)

Now, according to the site’s “source,” when Lohan showed up while Ronson was spinning records at nightclub Bardot earlier this week, the DJ “enlisted the help of two security guards” to keep Lohan at bay.

“Samantha wanted to send Lindsay a message,” the source tells X17. “So she made sure security was guarding the DJ booth at all times while she worked. Lindsay didn’t dare try to talk to her or make a scene with two big guys standing between her and Samantha!”

Ronson had guards posted at her DJ booth to protect her from Lohan?

No.

Of course not.

Like so much else X17 has claimed about Lohan (and Ronson), it never happened.

When someone asked Ronson on Twitter whether the Bardot bodyguards story was true, she replied, “that’s ridiculous.”

A source tells Gossip Cop the same thing. There was no security showdown at the club.

Maybe X17 should leave the spinning to Ronson.

“We’re as tired of Britney-Jason engagement rumors as you are, but this time there’s an interesting twist,” begins a piece on X17Online about Britney Spears and Jason Trawick. 

According to the site, “If Papa Jamie Spears has his way, Trawick will marry his daughter before the year’s end but if Britney gets her way, she’ll leave Jason for the real love of her life … Adnan!”

Adnan? As in the Adnan Ghalib, who the Spears camp had a restraining order against?

X17Online reports “various sources close to Britney are telling us that the Queen B is anything but over her former paparazzo flame and that she’s still in contact with him, much to her father’s dismay.”

The blog adds, “We’re told Jason Trawick’s aware of his girlfriend’s longing for her ex and while he’s upset about it, it’s not dissuading him from moving forward with Brit.”

Time out: The same Adnan Ghalib, who pled no contest to leaving the scene of a crime, having allegedly run over a process server?

Writes X17Online, “The news that Brit’s still pining away for Adnan is a shocker!”

Probably a shocker to Britney, too. A source close to the singer tells Gossip Cop that this Adnan+Britney 4Ever tale is not true.

X17Online claims, “It’s WAR – Samantha vs. Lindsay.”

The site, which has embarrassingly reported one inaccuracy after another — including fabricated tales about Lindsay Lohan “stalking” Samantha Ronson and “hookups” with John Mayer and model Petey Wright – may have sunk to a new low.

The blog began a new post stating, “We were wondering what started the rift between former lovers Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson, and sources tell X17online exclusively that it was Sam who threw the first punch – literally!”

What?!

They’re claiming Ronson hit Lohan?!

According to X17Online, on Wednesday “Lindsay had Samantha kicked off the turntables at the Tea Room, and a source reveals exclusively to X17online that Lindsay was out for revenge because Sam allegedly injured Lindsay’s lip the night before!”

The site even stated that a supposed friend of Lohan’s tweeted to a fan “about the fight confirming that Sam did in fact ‘beat up Lindsay.’”

Gossip Cop is going to stop this right here.

First, even Ronson says the X17 account is ridiculous. As to the blog’s assertion that “Lindsay had Samantha kicked off the turntables at the Tea Room,” the celebrated deejay told the radio station AMP 97.1, ”I wasn’t even really spinning.” 

And more importantly, Lohan tells Gossip Cop exclusively, “None of that is true.”

She has even turned to Twitter to post a picture, proving that her lip is fine.

Once again, the only thing hurt is the credibility of X17Online, which keeps giving legitimate journalism a fat lip.

In a piece about Lohan leaving the Modrian hotel’s Skybar at 2 a.m. last night, the blog asks whether she was “feeling the burn of rejection?”

Why?

Well, according to an X17Online “source,” “Samantha Ronson was also at Skybar, and Lindsay was definitely stalking her. It didn’t seem like Sam wanted anything to do with her ex, and Lindsay looked pretty bummed about it.”

Really?

This tale, like their other stories linking Lohan to John Mayer and model Petey Wright, is also NOT remotely true.

In fact, not only did Lohan tell Gossip Cop today that she and Ronson are still “friends,” but also that her ex “stayed over the night before.”

Who’s feeling the burn now?

But before people start jumping to conclusions, we want to reiterate what the actress said – she and Ronson are now simply “friends.”

“Word on the street is that Lindsay Lohan has found a new DJ to make out with – and it’s not a girl!” reports X17Online with glee, adding, “Lindsay’s been spotted getting cozy in St. Barth with DJ Jus Ske, and get this – he’s very close pals with Mark and Samantha Ronson!”

In the post titled, “Lindsay Lohan’s New Year’s Kiss Will Definitely Make Samantha Ronson Jealous,” the “news” and photo agency says its “photog on the scene tells us, ‘It seemed like Lindsay was looking for a hookup.’”

X17Online, which inaccurately linked Lohan in the past to John Mayer and model Petey Wright, then asks a series of questions, including “Is Lindsay doing this because she has a DJ fetish, or because this is a surefire way to piss off Sam?” and “So will this new DJ just be a New Year’s fling or will this turn out to be something more?”

Rather than asking questions and speculating, Gossip Cop gets answers — from Lohan herself.

When we reached out to Lohan, who’s relaxing in St. Barth’s, she explained, “He’s my friend!”

And as to whether she and DJ Jus Ske shared a “New Year’s kiss,” as claimed by X17Online, she laughed, “Hahaha — we never made out!”

First “X” of the year for X17Online. Hopefully there won’t be too many more in 2010!

Gossip Cop has to “dock” a lot out outlets for this one.

Weeks of scandal allegedly pushed Tiger Woods out to sea, with reports everywhere announcing that the golf great had set sail from Florida aboard his yacht.

“Tiger’s boat Privacy has been docked… for more than a week,” a source told People.com, but “On Saturday morning, after stocking up on provisions from Costco… the boat left town.” Another “source” informed the magazine’s site that Woods “is going to cruise in the Bahamas for a few days.”

Habitually wrong paparazzi site X17Online agreed, “reporting” that over the weekend Woods was “flee[ing] the country” on his private yacht, and had “set sail… for a rumored cruise to the Bahamas.”

One tiny problem.

The yacht hasn’t budged.

Sources in Palm Beach assure Gossip Cop that the luxury yacht is still docked at the marina, exactly where it’s been, and add that multiple eyewitness accounts refute the widely disseminated rumor of Woods sailing from Florida to calmer waters abroad.

So we’re left with two possibilities.

1. Woods was so anxious to “flee” the country (and wife Elin Nordegren) that he “yachted” to the Bahamas without a yacht. (Maybe he swam?)

2. Under scrutiny, the story sinks.

Yeah, we’re going with #2.

Gossip Cop hasn’t seen a nautical tale so botched since Gilligan left on his three-hour tour.

It’s easy to score an “exclusive” when it dances around the facts.

X17Online.com proves it (and not for the first time) with a post claiming, “Michael Lohan NOT Arrested… Phony Online Report!”

That’s interesting. Because everyone else – including the police in Suffolk Couty, New York – seems to think Lindsay Lohan‘s troublemaking father WAS arrested for criminal contempt of court, after allegedly violating an order of protection filed for his ex-girlfriend, Erin Muller.

Lohan even posed for a mug shot.

So, uh, what’s with the X17 story, in which Lohan tells the site “exclusively” that reports of his arrest weren’t true?

Well, Gossip Cop read Lohan’s statement, in which he says, “I was never arrested over the weekend.”

That’s true. He was arrested on Monday.

Of course, the “X17 Xclusive” doesn’t mention that. The site tries to make it seem like there was no arrest, period.

X17 can’t get anything right when it comes to the Lohans. First, they insist Lindsay is dating people she’s not based on nothing, but then, when an actual arrest occurs – verifiable through the police – they play fast and loose with the facts.

Gossip Cop is amused that X17 took a stab at “busting bad dish,” but from now on, maybe they should leave it to the pros.

When it comes to placing people near Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, X17Online just can’t get it right.

The same site that insisted George Clooney was moving next to Brangelina in the south of France (he wasn’t), now makes an even bigger goof – with a correspondent at the UNICEF Snowflake Ball claiming that Pitt ex Jennifer Aniston arrived just minutes before Pitt and Jolie, and that the trio were “all in the same room right now, as I type this!”

Referring to the unlikely convergence of the three stars whose romantic drama has filled tabloid pages for years, X17 announced, “Hell has frozen over!”

Gossip Cop imagines hell is still quite toasty, and it will only really get icy when X17 finally gets a Brangelina story correct.

Jennifer Aniston was absolutely NOT at the UNICEF Snowflake Ball last night, we can report, and there’s no truth to any suggestions that the event almost saw some real Aniston-Pitt-Jolie tension.

“After smooching Jessica Alba’s husband Cash Warren, it seems as if Lindsay Lohan has moved on to a new guy,” breathlessly writes Us Weekly.

The celebrity mag then states that Lohan “partied all night with How I Met Your Mother star Jason Segel in West Hollywood… She was then photographed leaving his home the next morning.”

First, Lohan did NOT kiss Cash Warren as Us Weekly erroneously reported – and Gossip Cop corrected – a week ago. But more importantly today, the magazine’s site – like so many others – neglects to mention that Lohan was not alone when she left Segel’s home the next day. In fact, she walked out with another woman, who was conveniently cropped out of photos in order to give the impression that Segel and Lohan had hooked up.

So why did Lohan leave Segel’s home the following morning?

Simple. He threw a party on Friday night that went late and some friends crashed. “It was only a matter of time before these two started hooking up,” writes X17Online about Lindsay Lohan and John Mayer.

The news and photo site, which lifted information from an E! Online report – without any fact-checking – regurgitated how the two stars were at the hip New York lounge Butter on Monday night. Using E! as its starting and ending point, X17 quoted an unnamed source saying, “She would follow his every move,” and added, “They danced and even shared a table!”

Wow — they shared a table! So? 

Oh, wait, there was one more thing. One teensy detail that even E! hastily added later, which is that Samantha Ronson was there as well.

So don’t believe any talk of a “hooking up” between Mayer and Lohan.

Lohan herself shot down talk of a romance with Mayer, telling Gossip Cop, “I was there with them both and other friends, too.”

Just yesterday, Gossip Cop listed a slew of fabricated tales about Lohan — guess we need to add another.

Scarier than Halloween today was the reporting (not) done by X17Online, and all the amateur bloggers out there who claimed Lindsay Lohan is in Morocco with her “boyfriend” Petey Wright.

“Things Heat Up Between Lindsay and Male Model in Morocco,” screamed another headline from X17, which was once again wrong.

Not leaving bad enough alone, the photo and news agency took the word of “columnist” Dean Piper, who tweeted “Lindsay Lohan’s here with her boyfriend at the Mazagan in Morocco. He’s hot. And they look happy!”

X17 went on to say that Piper – who Gossip Cop suggests should see an optometrist – reiterated that he was certain, “It’s Petey.” Based on that bad reporting,  X17 cattily concluded, “Lilo has denied hooking up with Petey Wright, but would you take a guy you just met all the way to Morocco with you if you weren’t more than ‘just friends’?”

Well, well, well…

Gossip Cop doesn’t always take people at their word. We fact-check. If we just took people at their word, we would be as wrong as X17, and the slew of amateur bloggers who went with this story, and have subsequently deleted most of their erroneous tweets (a few of which we still have).

Lohan is NOT in Morocco with Petey Wright. And no, they are NOT dating. To quote what Lohan told us yesterday, X17 (and the bad bloggers) “should get their facts straight once in a while.”

Here we go again…

Under the headline of “Lindsay and Sam ‘Finally Over!‘” the photo and news agency X17Online reported, “It’s true… Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson broke up earlier this week.” X17 quoted an unnamed source as saying it’s “finally over.” That same source allegedly said, “It’s really over this time. And it’s because they both decided it wasn’t working out.”

Gossip Cop reached out to Ronson’s rep, but has not heard back yet.

That’s OK. While X17 used information from an unnamed source, we contact Lohan herself. And as far as Lohan is concerned, it is NOT over. They are still together.

Lohan told Gossip Cop exclusively, “It’s all bulls**t and they couldn’t be more wrong.” She added that X17 “should get their facts straight once in a while.”

X17Online declares in a headline, “Lindsay’s Hooking Up With A Male Model.”

And what is this all based on?

Mostly a picture on Twitter that Lohan posted of herself with several other people, including model Petey Wright. X17 says, “as if Lindsay Lohan‘s Twitter pic wasn’t enough to get the rumor mill started,” but frankly, if you look at Lohan’s photo that we’ve linked to, Wright — in the white T-shirt — doesn’t seem to have his attention focused on her.

Nevertheless, X17 has an unnamed source saying, “Lindsay was all over Petey during the sexy photo shoot [earlier that day at the Chateau Marmont], and it continued when the shoot ended!”

The photo/news agency says the two went later that night to the L.A. club Wonderland, where another so-called source claimed, “She had her hand on his leg the whole time between kisses.”

Time for Gossip Cop to step in. First, how come the photo agency doesn’t have any pictures of Lohan kissing Wright?

And unlike X17, who used unnamed sources without any proof, and instead strung a story together based on a Twitter picture that Lohan put up of a bunch of people, Gossip Cop actually went to Lohan herself.

As to X17’s assertion that she was “all over Petey during the sexy photo shoot,” Lohan told Gossip Cop, “My photo shoots consist of work and only work.” More importantly, when we asked if it was true that she was hooking up with the model, she simply responded, “NOT.”

Is George Clooney really moving right next to Brangelina?

X17Online “can report exclusively that Clooney just signed the papers for a HUGE property just next to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie‘s Miraval in the south of France.” The site goes on to give all sorts of details, like how Clooney’s new property is a “whopping 700 acres and includes a vineyard and an olive tree plantation” and is “surrounded by forest containing precious truffles.” The site even provides a picture with helpful arrows pointing out the two properties “less than two miles apart.”

X17′s “source” in France claims the “sale was just completed,” and that Clooney came to visit and sign the papers a couple of weeks ago. Wow, sounds great!

Well, Gossip Cop looked into it, and it’s NOT TRUE.

Clooney did NOT purchase the property X17 claims he did, and the website knows it. The actor’s representative told Gossip Cop that x17 checked with him but didn’t include his denial.

“Someone made up the whole thing,” the rep told Gossip Cop. “This story is 100% not true.”
