The tabloid describes a family “torn apart,” alleging that the two stars are “beginning separate lives as they prepare to divorce.”

The “Whip My Hair” singer’s record contract is with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation, which has entered into an agreement with Spooky Girl, Inc. “for exclusive recording and entertainment services of Willow Smith,” according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Will Smith, however, happens to be the president of Spooky Girl, Inc., and Willow Smith is his “employee.”
