LMFAO to Perform With Madonna at Super Bowl, Says Will.i.am

LMFAO will join Madonna onstage during the Super Bowl halftime show, according to Will.i.am.

The Black Eyed Peas singer, who manages the duo under his label Will.i.am Music Group, revealed the news during a radio interview with Capital FM on Thursday.

Will.i.am announced, “I’m going to the Super Bowl this year to see my group LMFAO perform with Madonna.”

The singer, who headlined last year’s halftime show with the Black Eyed Peas, added, “Check that out, Will.i.am Music Group is pretty freaking two for two. One year the Super Bowl the next year another group part of the Super Bowl in collaboration with Madonna.”

Nicki Minaj and M.I.A are also being rumored to make surprise appearances during Madonna’s act, as they feature on her new single, “Give Me All Your Love.”

Those reports have not been confirmed.

The Super Bowl takes place on February 5 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Will.i.am Evacuated As London Hilton Hotel Catches Fire

Will.i.am was evacuated from the London Hilton after the hotel caught fire today.

The Black Eyed Peas performer was rushed from the 28-story building as smoke surrounded the fancy hotel on the city’s Park Lane.

There have been no reported injuries.

It’s not known what started the fire.

Built in 1963 and renovated in 2010, the Hilton has 453 rooms and is located near Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace.

Black Eyed Peas Debut “Just Can’t Get Enough” on ‘American Idol’ [VIDEO]

The Black Eyed Peas hit “American Idol” last night, where they gave the world premiere performance of “Just Can’t Get Enough.”

Frontman will.i.am dedicated the song “to our friends in Japan.”

The group dressed in white for their return to the “Idol” stage. BEP played the Season 8 finale in 2009.

With a characteristically unusual costume at Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards, will.i.am has sparked some controversy.

The Black Eyed Peas singer was clad head to toe in black during a pre-show performance with Nicki Minaj, but it was his face — also painted black to complete the look — that drew criticism.

According to will.i.am, it’s much ado about nothing.

“Just because I where (sic) all black including head mask as expression and emphasize my outfit, it shouldn’t be looked at as racial,” tweeted the performer.

“Let go of the past,” he continued. “There are far more important things 2 bark about. (Jobs, health, education) not a black man wearing all black everything.”

Responding to his detractors, will.i.am asked, “Are you guys serious? my outfit set ‘black people back 100 yrs’ choose your twits wisely. no education sets people back, no jobs, bad health.”

Will.I.Am calls rumor of Fergie leaving band “all lies”

“EXCLUSIVE: Fergie Ready To Leave Black Eyed Peas, Feuding With Will.I.Am,” read the headline of a RadarOnline piece yesterday, which went on to claim that Fergie is “on the verge” of quitting the Black Eyed Peas because the “tension in the band has become intolerable for her.”

“Fergie can’t stand Will.I.Am,” says the site.

According to a RadarOnline source, “Things have gotten really bad with Will.i.Am… His ego is out of control.”

Fergie is also reportedly thinking of starting a family with husband Josh Duhamel.

Gotta feeling her bolting the band is not true?

Will.I.Am tweeted, “Don’t belive gossip about fergie leaving the group (we are never breaking up) its all lies!!!”

A rep for Fergie did not get back to Gossip Cop about the rumored split.

More than 80 stars lent their voices and support for “We Are the World” remake

Dozens and dozens of stars were at the Henson Recording Studios in Los Angeles earlier today to record a remake of “We Are the World” to benefit those devastated by the earthquake in Haiti.

Among those lending their voices and support were Celine Dion, Barbra Streisand, Carlos Santana, Wyclef Jean, Pink, Jennifer Hudson, the Jonas Brothers, Kanye West, Miley Cyrus, will.i.am, Rob Thomas, Natalie Cole, Josh Groban, Tony Bennett, Katharine McPhee, Justin Bieber, Keri Hilson, Brian Wilson, Akon, Brandy, Gladys Knight, Randy Jackson, Nancy Wilson, Adam Levine, Nicole Richie, Joel Madden, Robin Thicke, Jason Mraz, Faith Evans, Harry Connick Jr., India.arie, Snoop Dogg, T-Pain, Brandy, Julianne Hough, Lil Wayne, Amber Rose, Nicole Scherzinger, and Vince Vaughn.

The benefit single was produced by Quincy Jones, who along with Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie, put together the original recording 25 years ago in the exact same studio.

The video for the song is reportedly going to begin airing February 11.

John Mayer's Pink Post is Bulltwit

John Mayer’s funny tweet about a possibly made up incident with Pink left news outlets red-faced. Mayer, who was mocking Perez Hilton’s tweeting about his scuffle with Will.I.Am’s posse, parodied the blogger when he posted:

P!nk kneed me in the n—s outside Chateau Marmont. I was p—ing blood for days. Did I make a scene?

Then he mocked how Hilton’s “video statement [was] so long that by the end of it his cut healed.”

And while it was clearly a joke, Fametastic took it in earnest, seriously reporting:

The ‘Gravity’ singer posted a cryptic message on his Twitter account, suggesting the ‘Sober’ star attacked him outside a luxury Hollywood hotel.

Even more ridiculous? A slew of other sites and papers, including the New York Daily News, followed suit with a piece titled, “John Mayer not tickled Pink.”
