Vince Neil has been charged with domestic violence and disorderly conduct after last month’s confrontation with his ex-girlfriend Alicia Jacobs at the Las Vegas Hilton.

Both counts are misdemeanors.

The Motley Crue frontman allegedly forced his way into the hotel’s Shimmer Lounge and “poked three people with his right index finger,” saying “f**k you” to each one, according to court documents.

Vince Neil reportedly got into an altercation with an ex-girlfriend in Las Vegas last night, leading the woman to file a battery report with police.

The Motley Crue frontman was not arrested, law enforcement sources tell Gossip Cop.

According to some reports, the incident occurred when Neil confronted his ex during a Hal Sparks show at the Las Vegas Hilton.

Vince Neil has checked into the Clark County Detention Center to begin serving his sentence for driving under the influence last year.

His incarceration comes after the rocker made a plea deal. Neil will serve two weeks in jail, and then 15 days of house arrest.

Vince Neil plans to make a plea deal in his DUI case next week that will land the Motley Crue rocker in jail.

It’s expected that Neil will plead guilty to driving under the influence during a hearing on January 26. He’ll be sentenced to 15 days in a detention facility and 15 days of house arrest.

The woman who alleges that Vince Neil hurt her in a Las Vegas Hilton elevator has released a video in which she shows her bruised arms.

Returning to her room, Jessica Radovicz says she “realized [she] recognized the gentleman that was in the elevator.” Radovicz claims that she asked Neil whether he was “on TV” and got an angry reaction.

“All of a sudden he yelled at me, grabbed me by the arms, and threw me against the wall,” she recounts in her video statement.

The man responsible for Heidi Montag’s controversial 10 surgeries in one day has died in a car crash. Dr. Frank Ryan, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, was driving on California’s Pacific Coast Highway on Monday when his jeep went over the side of the road. Ryan, who also counted Gene Simmons and Vince Neil as patients, was pronounced dead at the scene.
