After announcing she was pregnant with her first child at the MTV Video Music Awards last Sunday, the “1 + 1″ singer and Jay-Z jetted off to Venice, Italy to celebrate her 30th birthday.

The 68th Venice Film Festival has brought some of the biggest stars in the world to Italy this week for red carpet premieres of their upcoming movies.
George Clooney, Madonna, Keira Knightley, Evan Rachel Wood, Matt Damon, Diane Kruger, Kate Winslet, Marisa Tomei and Gwyneth Paltrow are just some of the celebs who have gotten glam in the last couple of days.
