Yes, there’s tremendous interest in “Gossip Girl,” but one thing Gossip Cop is not interested in is “upskirt” photos of the “Gossip Girl” stars – or any other minor. And that’s why we were infuriated this morning when we opened an email alerting us to an “upskirt” shot of 16-year-old “Gossip Girl” star Taylor Momsen. She’s 16! That’s beyond WRONG.
