A rumor spreading on both sides of the Atlantic claims ‘Inception’ star Tom Hardy and his fiancee Charlotte Riley have split.

“Tom and Charlotte broke up last month,” one “source” tells Metro. “He has been calling her a lot to try and patch things up.”

According to the report, a Hardy-Riley split may have been the reason behind Hardy’s absence from last week’s BAFTA ceremony, where he was set to pick up an award.
