Tom Brokaw was taken to the hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina on Thursday — but all is well.

The iconic NBC newsman, in town for the Democratic National Convention, took ill following an appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”

Now, Brokaw has explained what happened.
