Kate Gosselin’s reality show “Kate Plus 8″ has been canceled.

A rep for TLC tells Gossip Cop in a statement, “TLC has decided not to renew another season of ‘Kate Plus 8.’ By the end of this season ‘Kate Plus 8′ will have hit the 150 episode mark (including ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8′); an exceptional milestone.”

According to a Life & Style source, Kate Gosselin’s TLC show, “‘Twist of Kate’ is canceled” – and it hasn’t even begun yet.

The reason, says the tab’s “insider,” is that her other show, “Kate Plus 8,” isn’t performing well enough to justify another Gosselin program on TLC. Really?

Last month, a rumor circulated that TLC had “quietly canceled” Kate Gosselin’s show, “Kate Plus Eight.”

It was not true.

The next day, Perez Hilton, gossip’s Scavenger Prince, picked up the (wrong) rumor and ran with it.

It was still inaccurate.

Well, Hilton is back again today with the same recycled report about the demise of Gosselin’s show.

Celebrity blogging’s clown prince, Perez Hilton, has once again taken a rumor that Gossip Cop already busted and trumped it up as real news.

Hilton just announced that TLC “quietly cancelled” the Kate Gosselin reality series “Kate Plus 8″ because ex-husband Jon Gosselin supposedly wouldn’t sign off on more camera time for their children.

Sarah Palin is set for reality TV stardom.

Her TLC program, “Sarah Palin’s Alaska,” will premiere at 9:00 pm on November 14, it was announced on Friday.

“It’s become clear it takes a special individual to thrive in Alaska,” says network president Eileen O’Neill of the state’s former governor. The series will follow Palin as she does “rogue” things like fishing for salmon and hiking on a glacier.
