Selena Gomez has been granted a long-term restraining order against the delusional man who allegedly stalked her and threatened to kill the singer-actress.

On Friday, a judge granted Gomez a three-year protection order against Thomas Brodnicki, who is said to have told people he had “conversations with God” about murdering Gomez and revealed to a psychiatrist that he made multiple visits to her workplace.

Thomas Brodnicki, the man accused of stalking Selena Gomez, was handcuffed by the LAPD on Thursday, with officials placing him on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

But before he was taken into custody, he spoke with a TMZ camera crew.

And, boy, is it creepy.

The man who allegedly threatened to kill Selena Gomez has been set free.

Thomas Brodnicki, who is said to have told people he had “conversations with God” about murdering Gomez and revealed to a psychiatrist that he made multiple visits to her workplace, had his felony stalking charge dismissed in a Los Angeles court on Wednesday.

The man who allegedly stalked Selena Gomez is a “serious threat” to her safety, according to at least one detective with the Los Angeles Police Department.

In a sworn declaration, Detective Jose Viramontes wrote that Thomas Brodnicki “reiterated” his “conversations with God” about murdering Gomez and had no intention of ending his pursuit to meet her.

The man accused of stalking Selena Gomez and threatening to kill her has entered a plea of not guilty.

Thomas Brodnicki allegedly revealed to a psychiatrist that he’d made multiple visits to the singer-actress’ workplace and had told other people he’d conversed with God about murdering Gomez.

On Thursday, he pled not guilty to one count of stalking, for which he could face up to three years in prison if convicted.
