Simon Cowell may not be a wedding planner, but he has some ideas about the entertainment for Kate Middleton’s royal nuptials to Prince William.

“Susan Boyle [would be] perfect,” the talent competition titan told “Extra.” He added that she could sing “I Dreamed A Dream,” the song she performed on “Britain’s Got Talent” before soaring to superstardom.

Today sees the premiere of Simon Cowell’s star-studded cover of “Everybody Hurts” to raise funds for relief efforts in Haiti.

Performers including Mariah Carey, Susan Boyle, Jon Bon Jovi, Rod Stewart, Miley Cyrus, Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams, and many others. The single, recorded in Los Angeles and London, will be available for digital download starting Sunday, February 7, and is already available for pre-order on British retailers such as Amazon.co.uk.

Proceeds go to the Helping Haiti fund.

Simon Cowell will release a charity single to benefit those devastated by the earthquake in Haiti.

The “American Idol” and “X-Factor” judge said he will likely use his own artists, including Susan Boyle and Leona Lewis, as well as other singers for the single. He hopes to release the record in a week and a half.
