’40-Year-Old Virgin’ Actor Guilty of Attempted Murder in Stabbing

An actor from ‘The 40-Year-Old Virgin’ has been convicted of attempted murder after stabbing his ex-girlfriend more than 20 times.

Jurors in San Diego County also found Shelley Malil guilty of assault with a deadly weapon, although he was acquitted on a lesser residential burglary charge.

He now faces 21 years to life in prison.
