Stephen Baldwin is suing Kevin Costner over an alleged scheme to make millions in the BP oil spill.

In a lawsuit filed in federal court in Louisiana, Baldwin claims to have met with Costner in April about becoming a 10% partner in a company that develops machines useful in separating oil from water.
